The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS)

Established in 1947 and became a statutory body in 1951, the Council is a representative body for the non-governmental social service organizations with clear vision and professional expertise committed to sustain and develop social services in Hong Kong. The Council has now more than 470 Agency Members, providing good quality of social welfare services to Hong Kong residents.
